 Abstinence Education:
The purpose of the Abstinence Educations program is to promote abstinence among our youth and young adults. We will promote the social, psychological and health advantages of abstaining from sexual activities until after marriage. We will do so by educating our youth and young adults about the psychological and physical effects (sexually transmitted disease) of engaging in sexual activity before marriage. Our goal is to eliminate the out-of wedlock pregnancies in our congregation. Additionally, the ministry will educate our congregation about the necessity of abstaining from drugs and alcohol. |

Children's Ministry
Help children ages three to eleven years, walk into an experience with Jesus. Children are taught praise and worship, prayer, testimony, songs of victory and/or Word songs. The Word is ministered at their level through arts and crafts, skits, storybooks, tapes, videos, etc. Children are taught reverence and respect for God and His House. The Children Ministry meets every Wednesday from 7-8 PM in the GP Annex, Lower Level. |

Young Adult Ministry
Provides help to young adults between the ages of 18-25 to grow spiritually, mentally and socially. This ministry’s desire is to allow young adults to express their gifts in and outside the church. The Young Adult Ministry meets during Sunday School. |

Young Men of Valor
A ministry with an objective to encourage and educate (Young men 12-18) through mentoring and teaching of the Word of God. The ministry will mentor young men with the message of Respect, Love, and Understanding to help them prepare for challenges in life. The Young Men of Valor meets every Wednesday from 7-8 PM in the GP Annex upper level. |

Young Women of Excellence
To mentor girls ages 12-18 to discover their own identity and use that identity to further discover the scope of their individual capabilities to impact family, school, community and the world. We will equip them with the tools necessary to discover their purpose, passion and provide the resources to allow them to pursue that passion. The young Women of Courage meets every Wednesday from 7-8 PM in the Main Church Choir Room |

Youth Department
The Youth Ministry consists of Young People Willing Workers (YPWW) and other programs deemed necessary to motivate and encourage our youth. The youth department is responsible for the 3rd Sunday night Youth Program. Provides Christian activities for children ages 3- 17 year of age. This ministry is designed to nurture and develop Godly character in our children. |

Worship Arts Ministry
Responsible for providing all musical selections during services and special events. Illustrates the Word of God through the use of Drama, Praise Dance, and other forms of artistic presentation. Gives special performances during holiday and other festive services. Its purpose is to set an atmosphere of worship, praise, and deliverance and to prepare the hearts of the congregation to receive the Word of God. Our motto is "Taking worship to the next level." |
| Dance Ministry |
| The purpose of the dance ministry is to usher the people into the very presence of God by praising and worshipping God in the dance. Provides ministry to the whole being and glorifies God through praise and worship in spirit, mind and body. Dance allows member to use their gifts “for the perfecting of the saints.” The Dance ministry will include mimes, praise dance, liturigcal dancing, flag performance, interpretive worship dance performance, etc. |

| Music Department |
| The purpose of the Music Ministry is to worship the Lord in song. The goal is to assist the congregation in entering the presence of God through the singing of praise and worship and spiritual hymns. Its purpose is to set an atmosphere of worship, praise, and deliverance and to prepare the hearts of the congregation to receive the Word of God. To be a witness of the reality of Jesus Christ as we open our hearts to the Lord in praise and worship, and compel others to worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth. Our department consists of several different groups: GP Mass Choir, GP Youth Choir, GP Women’s Choir, GP Men’s Choir, Voices of Praise (Praise Team), Angelic Choir. |

| Performing Arts Ministry |
| Provides an avenue to use the stage as a platform to witness to God's people through skits, plays and musicals. Members with acting, writing and stage gifts are provided an opportunity to use their gifts as a tool of evangelism. Gives special performances during holiday and other festive services. |

| Puppeteer Performing Arts Ministry |
| The mission and purpose of the Puppeteer Performing Arts Ministry is to enhance the Worship and Arts ministries of Greater Pentecostal through the use of puppeteers and other performing arts. The purpose is to enhance the worship of God within the church and to further the gospel to the world outside the church. This will be accomplished by creating and implementing the puppeteer performing arts ministry and assisting in producing outreach productions for the church; thereby furthering the evangelistic efforts of the church |
